Problem:  Growth of microorganisms in the blower and coil area

Solution:  Once you have completed the maintenance and cleaned the system, treat the infected areas with EPA Approved MicroBiocide routine during each visit.  This may even eliminate the need to clean the coils entirely.  15 once concentrate makes 5 gal.  

Problem:  System has odors, getting rid of them has been impossible

Problem:  Condenser and Evaporator coils plugged
